Afternoon Pickup & Valet Procedures at iLEAD Flex Studio

Welcome to the new school year! Our team has been working hard to create a safe and welcoming learning environment where children can grow as lifelong learners and leaders. As we settle into a new campus, we want to thank our families for your patience while we refine procedures for the safety of all.

Below are our guidelines for afternoon dismissal, which includes three options: valet, walk-up, and walk-home.

1. Drive-Through Valet

To keep our learners safe, we ask all families using the valet line to adhere to the following rules.

• Valet Hours: Valet begins promptly at 3:30 PM. (If you must sign your learner out early for an appointment, sign-out must be completed in the main office before 3:00 PM. No sign-outs will be processed after 3:00 PM.)
• Valet Placard: Clearly display your official valet card in your windshield.
• Stay in Your Vehicle: For your safety in the busy valet line, you must remain inside your vehicle at all times. Staff will assist your learner into the vehicle.
• Safety & Courtesy: Please follow all traffic flow patterns, refrain from mobile phone use while driving on campus, and treat all staff and families with patience and respect.

Families who will not be using valet, please review the two options below:

2. Walk-Up Pickup

• Walking Pass: Learners who will be picked up at the walk-up location must have a Walking Pass, which is available from the front office.
• Walk-Up Process: Please proceed to the tree-shaded walk-up location at the corner of the building at W. Ave. L and 37th Street West (see photo below). Learners will be escorted by a staff member to the walk-up location.

3. Walking Home

• Walking Pass: Any learner who will walk home will need a Walking Pass, which is available from the front office.
• Daily Requirement: Learners must carry their pass every day.
• Departure Deadline: Learners must depart campus or be picked up by 3:50 PM.
