iLEAD FLEX NEWS & EVENTS
Dear iLEAD Flex Studio Families,
On Thursday, August 6, we welcomed families, educators, and community members to celebrate the grand opening of iLEAD Flex! A special thank-you to Rep. George Whitesides and representatives of Senator Suzette Martinez Valladares and Assemblyman Tom Lackey for joining us to commemorate this momentous day. iLEAD Flex is proud to offer a dynamic, flexible school choice, and we are dedicated to inspiring lifelong learners in our community.
We are looking forward to welcoming our learners to our first school year at iLEAD Flex on Tuesday, August 11. Below are a few important dates to mark on your calendar. As always, we are here to support you and your child, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
School Hours for iLEAD Flex Studio
The iLEAD Flex Studio is open as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Breakfast is served at 8:30-9:00 AM each day that school is open.
Important Dates to Remember
iSUPPORT: Beginning September 3 at 5:00 PM on Zoom
We have an amazing community of family volunteers who support our school in many ways. We hope you will attend our iSUPPORT meetings on the first Thursday of each month. You will gain valuable information on how you can become involved, whether you volunteer in the classroom, or help with planning on special event committees. iSUPPORT also helps to keep families updated on what is taking place on campus and is a great way to connect with each other. We value our volunteers! We look forward to seeing you there.

ParentSquare
Please make sure that you have activated your ParentSquare account. Important reminders and information regarding school emergencies and events will be relayed through this system. ParentSquare emails home and will also send notifications to your phone if you download the app: http://parentsquare.com/signin.
Monday Message, Weekly Updates and School Website
The Monday Message is sent out each week to all of our families. It includes articles, upcoming events, updates, and other pertinent information regarding school activities. You can subscribe to the Monday Message by entering your email in our Monday Message sign-up window on our website: ileadflex.org. You can also find all of our Monday Messages and other important information archived on our website at ileadflex.org/monday-message.
Weekly updates are also sent out to you from your child’s facilitator and contain very important information regarding classroom instruction and other imperative information.
Social Media
iLEAD Flex has two social media platforms for families and friends to access. Our Facebook and Instagram accounts are constantly updated with photos and descriptions of the learning process. Please check out our Facebook and Instagram.
